When you don't really care about your waistline or your salt intake... you really gotta try the chili beef fries at Carl's Jr. Make sure you top it with plenty of onions!

I was up early (like 11am!) and hungry. A quick message and Elv, the lunch saviour came to my rescue. Felt like the Ipoh Road Yong Tau Foo but was not willing to travel far. So we went to their branch in Kota Damansara.

I think I over-ordered on my part and that's one of the grave dangers of YTF; Never do the ordering when you are extremely hungry.

Visited G at the PC Fair and she must be one heck of an important person. I kept teasing that her bouncers wouldn't let us visit her. Haa.. Fell in love with the Samsung K3. Sigh. Unfortunately, they didn't have much accessories to go with and the largest memory capacity is only 2mb. But still..  it was sleek, slim and absolutely stunning. I want! It was a beautiful afternoon at the park in KLCC. Blue skies and puffy white clouds.

Since shopping was out of the question, the solution to boredom was to engage in debauchery - the indulgence in sweets. We each picked a dessert from Sun Moulin bakery and this is what I chose, the Chocolate Tort:

Moist and chocolatey. Mmm if you wanted death by chocolate, this was a killer. I heart choco. G couldn't resist the Strawberry Creme Brulee. Instead of carmelized sugar on the surface, this is topped with pieces of glazed strawberries, whipped cream and crushed pistachios.

It definitely ignites all your oratory senses - you've got the sweet from the cream, slight sourrish from the strawberry, smooth and light texture from the whipped cream and a hint of crunch from the pistachio.

E got something similar - The fruity Creme Brulee. The surface dusted with chocolate powder and pieces of fruits filled the creme.

Just in case you were wondering how'd it look like inside, maybe this would help you visually. Now open upppp...

Sundays should always be as sweet as this, no?
